"The Weinerdogs went through puberty together. Sometime in the summer of 1997аwe thought it'd be a good idea to start a band. Basically we existed as a concept for two years before we wrote our first song, "I Can Speak for Myself" in 1999. Back then we practiced in front of our friends on the floor in Carrie's bedroom or in Joe's basement. We had a toy drum machine and a shitty four-track, which we used to record a very very rough demo. Our first full length album is in the works and when that shit's finished it's gonna be good. Look for "Trash Like Me" sometime in the near future."
